Alliance Fabrication produces high quality tanks, vessels, pipe spools and structural steel.  Our shops have over 180,000 square feet of fabrication floor under roof with 14 gantries rated up to 20 tons, automated welding equipment and 20 acres of laydown. Alliance is capable of taking on small or large projects using carbon steel, stainless, or alloys.  Our Fabrication group has earned ASME “U” and “S” stamps, and National Board “NB” and “R” stamps. We are also licensed for boiler repair in the State of Louisiana.

With four shops strategically located in the Golden Triangle of Texas and SW Louisiana, Alliance can provide the following fabrication Services:

• Pipe Fabrication, small and large bore, carbon and alloy welding
• Structural Steel, ladders, handrails, supports, pipe racks, stands and platforms
• Modular Fabrication, including metering skids, LACT units, CPF’s compressors, generators, launcher and receivers, sludge catchers, gas dryer skids, charge and transfer pump skids
• Vessel Fabrication, Tanks, vessels, hoppers and drums
