Alliance provides Project Controls Systems and Project Controls Specialist for Capital Projects and Turnarounds. We pride ourselves on being able to supply real time costs and progress. Our system will provide the Owner with enough reaction time to correct deficiencies in cost and schedule. The hub of our process is our proprietary Project Control Book. More specifically the book consists of: Budget/Estimate; Cost Summary Report; Quantity and Man hour Report, (Q&M); Productivity profiles, (by major activity); Progress charts; Rules of credit; and Dash Board Indicators. Our scheduling tool of choice is Primavera. We can supply a complete Control Team or individual personnel. Samples of our Control Book can be supplied upon request.
In addition to our Control Book, we have developed a Contract Strategy document that uses the Control Book as an audit feature. Our Contract Strategy document forces contractors to understand the scope of a Project and forces them to have “skin in the game” even though the strategy is on a reimbursable, fixed fee basis. More specifically the strategy puts the owner in control, can reduce facility installed costs by 12% to 20%, reduces redundant resources, generates an “apple to apple” bidding process, and allows for “pain and gain”. It is the most efficient way for an Owner to conduct business.
